SwagLayer™ sells printed apparel including but not limited to:

  • T-shirts
  • Graphic tees
  • Limited edition drops
  • Custom print merchandise

All products are made-to-order (print-on-demand model). Production begins after order confirmation.

2.2 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in INR.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  • Full payment is required before order processing.
  • We are not responsible for additional customs duties for international orders.

2.3 Order Processing

  • Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping timelines vary based on location.
  • Delays caused by courier services are outside our control.

2.4 Intellectual Property

All SwagLayer™ designs, slogans, typography layouts, and graphics are protected intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Copy or resell our designs
  • Reproduce artwork
  • Use our branding without permission

Legal action may be taken in case of infringement.

2.5 Product Variations Disclaimer

Due to the nature of printing and screen display differences:

  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to fabric
  • Minor placement shifts (±1–2 cm) may occur
  • Fabric texture may slightly affect final output

These variations are not considered defects.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before purchasing.

Due to the made-to-order nature of SwagLayer™ products:

🚫 No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.
🚫 No refunds will be issued for size selection errors.
🚫 No refunds for change of mind.
🚫 No returns for minor color variations.

Each product is printed specifically for your order.

Exceptions (Replacement Only – No Refund)

We will offer a replacement ONLY if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The print is defective

You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Only replacement at our discretion.


5. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic shipping: 4–8 business days
  • International shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Tracking details will be shared once dispatched

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.


6. Limitation of Liability

SwagLayer™ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Delayed deliveries by courier
  • Color expectation differences
  • Incorrect size selection by customer

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.


7. Governing Law

These policies shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
